More Details, Please!

An interesting aspect of Pan de Pomuch bakeries is their traditional ovens, made from stones, bricks and glass. When it’s time to bake the bread, firewood is used to give the loaves a delicious flavor. Baking bread in these ovens is more involved than cooking them all at once; rather, each loaf has a specific time, temperature and sequence of baking to ensure a successful batch.
